CONVENIENT PORTIONS
Freezing individual portions is particularly convenient and cost effective. Two small packages defrost faster than a large one, and at the same time you will avoid the risk of thawing more product than necessary. Using flat packages with regular shapes allows you to store products easily and orderly. Using the Bluetooth printer you can then make a sticker for each package to be stored, indicating their production date and quantity, and always be in control of the expiration date of your products.

BLAST CHILLING, DEEP FREEZING AND THAWING ONLY WHAT YOU NEED
After preparation, you can blast chill your product to +3° and store it in airtight containers up to a week. Any excess amount that is not consumed in the short term, can be easily deep frozen to -18°C and stored at a negative temperature. Thawing partial quantities with the dedicated VISION program will not alter the original quality of your product.
