Sigep, the most important professional event in the world dedicated to ice cream and the art of dessert take place in Rimini exhibition center from the 20th to 24th of January.

In the Coldline arena you will see a whole range of 4th generation blast chillers; technologies that, together with the Vision storage units, will be the undisputed stars of the event and of the training sessions that Team Chef the Nice kitchen is organising.

Every day, pastry chefs and restaurateurs will be able to participate in interesting Masterclasses and discover a new way of organising work in pastry, ice cream and kitchen workshops.
