Every day, in the Nice kitchen area - B6 342 - there will be Cook&Chill Masterclasses during which you will discover how the group's technologies integrate perfectly to create a connected and efficient kitchen system. Solutions that positively affect the 5 main success factors of the restaurant business: organisation, personnel management, reducing waste and unnecessary costs, and optimising purchasing.
You will be able to get to know the Nice kitchen system which is completed with the brand new Roc 700/ 900 and 1100 cooking elements by Modular; the new Qubi ovens by Nevo and the preparation and storage modules by Tuls.
