University of Gastronomic Sciences

We are pleased to announce the beginning of the collaboration between Coldline and the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo.

The sharing of the values that underpin the university's mission has created great harmony between our realities and brought Coldline among the University's Supporting Members.

The technological contribution that Coldline offers to research activities is reflected in the new fermentation and food storage laboratory. A dynamic field that born from the intertwining of different knowledge and gastronomic cultures, the constant research and refinement of known techniques.

The VISION and LEVTRONIC technologies will be valid supports so that the knowledge handed down from past generations can be encoded in replicable and modern processes.
